CATEGORY CRITERION
EVALUATION
Students should follow the following instructions to conduct the
experiment:
 Read and understand the lab manual before going to
conduct the experiment.
 Note down the initial observations for the given
experiment.
Conduction 5
 Conduct the experiment according to the procedure and
record the data in the tabular column.
 Carry out the complete calculation of the experiment with
proper units , plot the graph
The average of the total number of experiments conducted will
be considered for awarding the marks.
Record should be well organized and Presented neatly.
Contents of the Lab record should:
 State Aim of the experiment.
 List the test set up used in the experiment and draw the
neat sketches
Record Writing  Describes the theoretical background of the experiment 10
and procedure followed during the experiment.
 Write the observation, tabulate the recorded value for
calculation and plot the graph
The average of the total number of experiments conducted will
be considered for awarding the marks.
One internal test will be conducted at the end of the semester as
per scheme of examination prescribed by the university. The
obtained marks will be converted to 15 marks and it will be
Internal considered for the award of test marks.
