Revised Program of Work

GHS FBLA 2024-2025

Below lists all plans and goals of the Graham High School Chapter of the
Future Business Leaders of America for the 2024-2025 membership
year. All items with red have been revised and updated.

Membership (Recruitment and Experience) Committee


In Charge: Rashaun French and Elise Jacobs
● Create a membership recruitment project plan
● Start a Member of the Month Program (Instagram)
● Host 2 or more meet and greet/ interest meetings to recruit new
members (Held 2 meetings. One was mostly about competitive events.)
● Have 75-100 Active Members (Paid) (Still 82. Start thinking more about
competition and less about getting new members.)

Community Service Committee


In Charge: Owen Hodge and Elise Jacobs
● Create a Community Service Project Committee (Done)
● Host 1 or More Donation Drives (Done 1 so far)
● Host 1 or More Community Service Projects/Events (Done 1 so far)
● Have 25 or More Community Service Hours as a Chapter (Originally 10.
With 80+ members we decided that more were possible.)

Project ASK Committee


In Charge: Mr. Blevins, Baila Turner, and Elise Jacobs
● Host a Project ASK Blanket Event (Planned for end of January)
● Donate $100 or More to Project ASK as a Chapter (None yet. Blankets are
the main focus right now.)
● Host a Project ASK Toy Drive (Decided that we wanted to do more with
Project ASK)
Sponsorships/Guest Speakers Committee
In Charge: Baila Turner and Sophia Robinson
● Secure 2 or More Guest Speakers (One scheduled so far.)
● Secure 5 or More Sponsors (Originally 2. We decided that in order to
reach our fundraising goal, we would need more sponsors. )

Public Relations Committee


In Charge: Elise Jacobs and Hailey Sheppard
● Make at least 1 Engaging and Informative Post Every Other Week
(Originally every week. Decided that we didn’t need to post every week.)
● Increase Instagram followers to 200 (Currently 175)

Finance/Fundraising Committee
In Charge: Kyra Sylvester, Blake Adkins, Mrs. Swinney
● Host 2 or More Fundraising Events (Originally 1. Already completed one
fundraising event and want to do more. Looking into more ideas.)

Competitive Events Committee


In Charge: Owen Hodge
● Have a competitive event information session (Completed.)
● Have at least 1 Member Compete in every Competitive Event
● Take 20 or More Members to SLC

Events Committee
In Charge: Sophia Robinson and Maddee Young
● Host a Buddy Activity for members
● Plan a Chapter Field Trip
● Set up a Business Tour (Completed)
