Paragraph 1:
Plastic pollution is one of the biggest environmental challenges of our time. Every year,
millions of tons of plastic waste end up in oceans, rivers, and other natural habitats,
threatening wildlife and ecosystems. Marine animals often mistake plastic for food, leading to
ingestion that can cause serious health issues or even death. Furthermore, plastics break down
into microplastics that are nearly impossible to remove and can enter the food chain, affecting
human health as well. To combat this problem, individuals and companies need to reduce
their use of single-use plastics and increase recycling efforts.

Paragraph 2:
Many people believe that breakfast is the most important meal of the day because it provides
energy after a long night’s rest. Eating a healthy breakfast can improve concentration and

perform better in exams and have higher levels of attention during class. On the other hand,
skipping breakfast can lead to fatigue and make it harder to focus on tasks. Therefore, it is
beneficial to start the day with a nutritious meal to boost energy levels and improve mental
performance.

Paragraph 3:
Technology has greatly changed the way people communicate with each other. In the past,

convenient, and often more affordable than traditional methods. Despite these benefits, some
argue that technology is making interactions less personal and leading to a decrease in face-
to-face social skills.

screen fatigue and reduced social interaction among students. Thus, finding a balance
between technology and traditional learning methods is essential for effective education.
