Why Google Chat?

Google Chat is a secure communications tool that


Nebula will be using for communication between
experts and managers.

From now, we would like to centralize communication


with our experts. The main communication channels
is still the admin panel, but in urgent cases we can
use Google Chats.

We hope that Google Chat can still provide you with


the platform that you need to communicate with your
managers.
Getting Started

● Choose from 4 different methods to communicate with your


Advisor Success Manager using Google Chat

● Download the Google Chat app via App Store

● Click on ‘Get started’.

● If you have logged in to any Google


account on your phone, select the
Google account you’d like to use chat
with and click to turn chat on.

● Click on Done to proceed.

● If you have not logged in to any


Google account on your phone,
Google will prompt you to sign
in.
● Click on ‘Continue’ to sign in with
your Google account.

● You will be redirected to the


Google Chat interface, where you
can see all existing conversations.

● Click on ‘New chat’ to start a


conversation (you will be
provided with an email
address of your manager).

● Type your managers’ email


address into the search bar to
look for her.

● Click on her name to start a


conversation.

● Download the Google Chat app via

● If you have logged in to any Google


account on your phone, select the
Google account you’d like to use chat
with and click to turn chat on.

● If you have not logged in to any


Google account on your phone,
Google will prompt you to sign
in.
● Click on ‘Sign in’ and log in with
your Google email and password.

● Sign in to your Google account using


your email address and password.

(mail.google.com) and log in with
your Google account.

● Click on the ‘Settings’ icon on the


top right corner.

● Click on ‘Customise’ under Chat


and Meet.

● Enable Google Chat and then click


on the ‘Done’ button.

● The Google Chat icon should now


show up in your sidebar!

for your manager’s email email
