SELECTION OF STUDENTS FOR EDUCATIONAL EXCURSION 2024-25

Dear Students, June 25 | 2024

I am happy to announce that we are going to start Educational Excursions like last year. Last year, it was
indeed an enriching experience that offered a unique blend of learning and adventure outside the
classroom.

As we prepare for this year’s Educational Excursions / Exposure Visits / Field Trips, we are excited to
announce a unique opportunity for you to be selected to join us on this memorable journey. To ensure that
we choose students who have maximized the benefits of our previous excursion and can contribute
positively to this years’ experience, we request you to write an essay on the topic:

“What I Learned from Educational Excursion to ______________________” ( Name of the place you visited)

In your essay, please reflect on the following:

 The key educational insights you gained during the excursion.


 How the experience has influenced your academic and personal growth.
 Specific moments or activities that had a significant impact on you.
 How you have applied the lessons learned in your studies or daily life since the excursion.
 Any unique / fun experience you had gained from the trip.

Your submission should be thoughtful, well-organized, and provide a clear picture of the value the
excursion added to your education. Essays will be evaluated based on originality, depth of insight, and the
ability to articulate your experiences and learnings effectively.

Submission Guidelines:

 Word count: 100-200 words ; In English or Hindi


 Format: Hand written, in an A4 size photocopy paper, Write on one side.
 Deadline: 01/07/2024 (Please submit it to your Class Teacher.)

We look forward to reading your reflections and selecting a group of enthusiastic and dedicated
students for this year’s excursion. This is a wonderful opportunity to not only revisit the joys of learning
outside the classroom but also to create new memories and gain fresh perspectives.
