Executive Summary
The following proposals from MICROSOFT IT Pvt. Ltd is concerned with the solution to
the issues that The Elevate Official encounters due to the use of old systems and manual
operations. The new application will help in increasing organizational productivity and managing
simple repetitive tasks and work processes which will directly help the company in cutting down
its expenses and growth. Through connectivity with the current systems and providing useful
data sets, decision-making, and productivity increases shall be achieved. The approximate costs
of this project are expected to be between $6500 and $7500 which are Development, marketing,
and Support Expenses. All major components including creating and developing the app,
marketing it to the people, and managing it for its efficiency are included in this budget. Showing
our project experience we have successfully implemented many projects such as HealthHub,
Edulink, and TradeVibe which ensures that our solutions are also efficient and match the clients'
requirements.

Purpose of the Proposal
This proposal may assist the Elevate Official by creating a new custom application. We
are trying to reduce the challenges and streamline the operations of your company. Therefore, the
general objective of this proposal is to solve certain issues affecting The Elevate Official to take
advantage of opportunities for expansion using a tailored application. The development of this
application facilitates the efficient operation of your business and acts to achieve success within

The Monetary Information
The cost for the creation of a new app, general promotion, and the management of a custom
application for the Elevate Official is to be in the range of $6,500 to $7,500 for MICROSOFT IT
Pvt. Ltd. This estimate covers various aspects: The estimate captures all of these:
Development Costs: Defining the business requirements that the application is to satisfy
and erecting and designing the application accordingly, as well as incorporating it into the
business’s existing commerce systems framework. Based on a project’s size and
functionality, the cost could be approximately $5000- $6000

The Elevate Official is facing issues due to outdated systems and manual workflows.
These problems continue to hinder efficiency, increase expenses, and hinder an organization
from expanding within a prevailing market. However, there’s a great opportunity to solve these
challenges by creating a custom application designed to improve operations. Thus, this
technology could be adapted to help the growth and competitiveness of the organization. (Smith,

MICROSOFT IT Pvt. Ltd focuses on developing different programs to suit the
company’s needs supplying them with customized IT services. Our focus is on developing
applications that will optimize processes and contribute to business success. Based on the
experience we can adequately meet the needs of clients, which means that we can become the
right partner for the organization of solutions that will allow overcoming emerging operational

Causes and Effects of the Problem
The current system has core issues in failure, limited capability, and incompatibility with
the new technologies The Elevate Official is now using. These issues result in negligible yields,
wastage of business opportunities, and generally low productivity. It needs constant fixing and
cannot meet the growing demands; its scale is wholly inadequate for the company’s needs.
Therefore, productivity is low, and employees are candidates for dissatisfaction, performance,

Scope of the Project
For The Elevate Official, we would like to develop a separate application that will meet
all the user’s needs and requirements. This app will help your company work more efficiently by
streamlining operations and automating repetitive tasks, allowing employees to focus on more
important activities. (Garcia, 2021). This app will also include analytics tools to provide insights
into customer behavior and business performance, helping you make better decisions and grow
your business. (Brown & Smith, 2021).
Steps of the Plan
Here are the steps of the plan of the application are as follows:

Requirement Analysis: In the Requirement Analysis, we must describe the requirements and
expectations regarding the new application with key users.
Design Phase: During the design phase, we will prepare rough drawings and a form that aims at
providing an idea of how the application will be developed.

Development Phase: In the development phase, we will develop the frontend and backend of
the application that will be using the updated technologies for the fastest and most organized
execution, scalable for your business.

Testing Phase: The phase is the testing phase and what happens is that tests are carried out to

Deployment and Training: This step relates to the ease of the application and how prepared the

Our proposed solution involves developing a use application tailored for the Elevate
Official to improve the company’s efficiency through automating tasks and improving
communication. This app is designed to be scalable accommodation features as the business
expands. Ongoing support and updates will be offered to maintain the performance and security
