ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

All the thanks due to Allah, The Most Gracious and The Most Merciful for His
continuous and endless blessings and guidance throughout my life and the
success He granted me during this training program.
With the deepest gratitude we would like to acknowledge the help of our teachers
who are too numerous to mention. Without the will of Allah, and then the help of
so many, this project would not have been finished. In particular, Mr. Khalid
Abdu Albasit for sharing his considerable knowledge and experience with us, for
his existence and "opening doors" at every time to share information, for
providing the background material for several chapters, for his contious
following-up and supervising to this project, for his constructive criticism and
discussions, and for reading the first few pages of manuscript.
