- Steps to Create a Salesforce App, Salesforce Tabs, Types of Tab Visibility, Users & User

Licenses.

- Salesforce Objects, Fields, Field Dependency, Profiles & Roles.


Unit II: Relationships and Workflows in Salesforce
- Relationships in Salesforce, Validation Rules & Formulas, Approval Process.

- Flows and Process Builder, Page Layouts, Reports, and Dashboards.

- Workflow: Defining Workflow, Workflow Rules, Components of Workflow (Action, Criteria).
