happened in 2017. Our company got a project from a client. I was in charge of that project. My boss
told me to decide on a timeline for that project. I observed that project for three to four hours. I said,
“It will take about fifteen days to complete this assignment”. My boss said, “I will share this timeline
with the client. Make sure you complete this in fifteen days.” My team and I started the project.

Within twelve days we could complete about seventy percent work. I found that it would take another
five days to complete the assignment. I could not ask my boss to extend the deadline since I decided
that timeline. I discussed this situation with my teammates and requested them to stretch beyond
office hours. On the 14th day, my team and I had to work for 30 to 36 hours relentlessly. We could
complete our assignment successfully within 15 days. You can also bring a similar incident where you
had to deal with a pressing situation.

I have never considered job security. I always think about how I can work up to the expectation of
clients and boss. Nobody can get job security because he wants it and one needs to deserve job
security. Let me take you through one example (Bring your own example/incident): When I wanted to
leave my first company, my boss took about two months to relive me. He never wanted me to leave
that company. My boss did not want me to go because I used to work beyond his expectations and I
also used to meet all deadlines without any failure, while my company fired many negligent people
during my tenure. However, they needed the job security the most.
Where do you see yourself five years down the line?

I want to become a part of the decision-making team five years from now. I need to improve team
skills, time management skills, and marketing skills to accomplish this goal. I have started working on
team skills, and my next target is time management skills. I also need to prove myself for this position.

Money and health both are essential to me. There is no benefit of money without enjoying good
