MySQL Installation Guide

1. Download (mysql-installer-community-8.0.30.0.msi) from the below link


https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/file/?id=512698

2. Choose custom and click next

3. Select mysql server and add it to products to be installed


4. Do the same with mysql workbench and mysql shell , then click next
5. Now they are ready to be executed, click on execute

6. Once they finish , click on next


7. Click on next

8. Keep the default and click on next


9. Keep the default and click on next

10. Add password to the root (remember to save it, you will need it later on)
11. Keep the default and click next

12. Click on execute


13. Once they finish, click on finish

14. Click on next


15. Now your installation has been completed, click on finish
