ALOHA GENERAL ASSEMBLY |Pharmacy Department

REMINDERS:
Mona:
1.) Mute your microphone to keep background noise to a minimum, make sure to mute your microphone when you are
not speaking.
2.) Be mindful of your background noise. When you are asked to speak or unmute your microphone, avoid activities that
could create additional noise.

Kaela:
3.) Limit distractions. To get a full grasp of the event, it is recommended that you turn off the notifications on your social
media account for you to be immersed in the discussion.
4.) We highly encourage everyone to use the applause and like reactions when needed. In addition, we encourage you
to open your camera for us to have an interactive gathering.

HOUSE RULES:
Jomar:
1.) Students are required to use their real names in their zoom account. Those who are not using their real names will be
removed from the zoom room for security purposes. Also, attendance will be based on the names which appear in the
participants’ list.
2.) Zoom name format: SECTION – FIRST NAME, LAST NAME (example PHARM1A- JUAN DELA CRUZ)
3.) Upon entry, all the participants will be automatically muted to avoid interruption. If your audio is not mute, kindly
mute it manually in your account.
START OF PROGRAM
K: To formally commence this program, may I request the attention of everyone for the opening prayer.
J: To be followed by the singing of the National Anthem, SPC Hymn and Pharmacy Hymn.

M: Aloha, Pharmily! Aloha is an essence of being: love, peace, compassion, and a mutual understanding of respect.
Aloha means living in harmony with the people and land around you with mercy, sympathy, grace, and kindness.

J: It is our honor and pride to introduce to you on her Opening Remarks, Dean Fatima May R. Tesoro. A virtual round of
applause please.
OPENING REMARKS
K: Thank you so much Dean May. (repeat some of her lines and say some affirmation). The Pharmacy Department would
not be as extraordinary as it seems without a leader who leads with remarkable service. At this moment of the program,
our chi officers handpicked the best dressed for this afternoon.
SPOTLIGHT BEST DRESSED
J: At this juncture, Chi Pharmakon Circle will be presenting reports regarding the progress that we have all made. To give
us the overall report let us all welcome our Chi Pharmakon Circle President, Ms. Lyciss Marianne Muyuela.
PRESIDENT’S REPORT
M: Thank you so much Lyciss. To give us the CEES report for the past school year. Let us all welcome our Chi Pharmakon

CEES REPORT
K: Thank you so much Abel. To give us the Treasurer’s Report, let us all welcome our Chi Pharmakon Circle treasurer, Ms.
MaryLou Stiffany Espinosa
J: Thank you for that Marylou. We have come to finish a wonderful school year last year. Despite the students’
challenges and obstacles, we have come to show the fruits of our labor. At this part of today’s general assembly, it is our
joy to introduce to you the Honor Students for the 2nd Semester of Academic Year 2018-2019 and for the 1 st Semester of
Academic Year 2019-2020
HONORS LIST C/O EMCEES ( Jomar Me Mona)
K: Congratulations to our honor students. And of course, to every pharma student out there, I know hindi madali ang
pinasukan nating laban. Coming up next, the awarding of the best poster and best oral presenters for Drug Discovery
and Development Laboratory. To award them, may we call on once again our beloved Dean. Dean Fatima May R. Tesoro.
DRUG DISCOVERY AND DEVELOPMENT LABORATORY AWARDING | BEST GERMINATION VIDEO
M: It is truly an honor to recognize everyone’s achievements may it be academic or extracurricular, to the whole
pharmacy department. You are all such beautiful inspiration to everyone in our pharmily. Let us continue to thrive, stay
inspired, and be humbled of everyone’s achievements. Let us give everyone a virtual round of applause. Congratulations
everybody!
