L: To formally commence this days’ program, may I request the attention of everyone for the
opening prayer. Followed by the Singing of the National Anthem, Tayo'y dabawenyo and SPC

RITUALS

K: The Project Binhi is made to make you. Ano nga ba ang ibig-sabihin ng binhi? Binhi is
sometimes used as a term para sa buto ng isang halaman o puno na maaaring gawing
pantanim. Or it could also be used as an idiom na nangangahulugan ng bagong henerasyon o
mga bata na sisibol. As leaders, we are the new voices of today. I am Kaela Mancao.

L: And I am Lloyd Balaga. This will be the first step to your wondrous journey. Being a leader is
hard. It is a cycle of falling and rising, but not just yet; a leader encompasses all the barriers and
faces challenges not by himself but with his colleagues.
