INRODUCTION
Mobile Shop Management is an essential aspect of modern retailing, focusing on the
efficient handling and operation of mobile phone shops. As mobile phones have
become an integral part of everyday life, managing a mobile shop requires a unique set
of skills that blend product knowledge, customer service, inventory management, sales
strategies, and financial oversight.

This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of how to


effectively manage a mobile shop. Students will learn the essentials of inventory
management, sales techniques, customer relations, and how to keep up with the
fastpaced advancements in mobile technology.

Under the guidance of our teacher Suman Kumar, students will develop practical skills
and knowledge needed to manage operations smoothly, create a profitable business
model, and enhance customer satisfaction. This knowledge will be crucial for those
interested in pursuing a career in retail management, particularly in the mobile phone
industry.

Through this course, students will not only gain insights into the day-to-day operations
