Title: Campus Resource Reservation System

Abstract: The Campus Resource Reservation System is a


web-based application aimed at simplifying the
process of booking and managing campus facilities.
The system provides a user-friendly platform where
students, faculty, and administrators can efficiently
check the availability of resources such as
classrooms, equipment, and sports venues. Users
can seamlessly reserve facilities, while administrators
have tools for oversight and management.

Scope of the Project: The system will:

● Allow users to view available resources and


their booking schedules.
●
● Provide booking management for
administrators to accept, cancel, or modify
reservations.
● Send email notifications for reservation
confirmation or updates.
● Utilize Laravel for backend logic (managing
reservations and user authentication) and
Angular for frontend user interaction
(booking interface and dynamic calendar).

Limitation of the The system is limited to booking campus resources


Project: and does not include billing or payment integrations.
Initial deployment will not include mobile app
versions.
User Context: Admin will be able to:

· Manage resources

· Approve or deny reservations

· View usage statistics.

Users will be able to:

· Reserve resources

· view availability

· cancel bookings.
