I am writing to formally report an incident that occurred on November 4,

2024, involving a visit to Tanaw in San Jose City after school hours
without prior consent from parents.

Me and my nine classmates decided to go to Tanaw in San Jose City to


enjoy and have fun.

This activity was not coordinated with the school nor authorized by my
parents, which was a clear oversight on my part. I now understand the
potential risks and the importance of adhering to school and parental
guidelines.

I deeply regret this incident and sincerely apologize for any


inconvenience or concern caused to the school, parents, and guardians.
Moving forward, I assure you that such actions will not be repeated, and
I am willing to accept any consequences or additional responsibilities to
address this matter.
