Fall Quarter Evaluation
Comments to explain scores “below expectations” (1 or 2) or “above expectations” (4 or 5)
RA/CA:

I have always attended my staff meetings on time. I also communicate with my CSD if I have any issues on my floor. My
events for fall quarter have been finished and I am on top of my event programming responsibilities. Generally, I
educate residents about the impacts of policy violations. I also try to enforce University Housing policies while trying to
foster an inclusive and supportive environment.

CSD:

Action plan to improve categories “below expectations” (1 or 2) - Not Applicable if all scores meet expectations
RA/CA:

Overall Comments Regarding Evaluation:

RA/CA:
I have really enjoyed being an RA so far. During my first few weeks as an RA, I dealt with challenging situations that helped
me grow as a leader. This position has helped me become a more adaptable and responsible person. One area where I can
improve is staff contribution. I will try to contribute more to staff meetings and take initiative when necessary.
