Task 1 – Evidence Document
• Open the file Evidence.rtf
• Make sure your Name, Centre number and Class Division Roll No will appear on every page of
your Evidence Document by placing these details in the header.
• Save the file in a document format with the name EvidenceRev_ followed by your class division
roll no. (Eg - EvidenceRev_10A01)
Task 2 – Presentation
You are required to create a short presentation.
1 • Create a presentation of 4 slides using the file RevPres1.rtf [1]
2 • Move slide 4 so that it becomes slide 1 [1]
3 • Remove the bullet from the first line of the bulleted list on the first slide and the third slide
[1]
4 • Display the following features on the master slide so that they appear on all slides: [9]
• A White background with one vertical yellow line, two horizontal yellow lines, and one
diagonal yellow line. Each line should be about 6 points wide. (Do not select a very light
yellow, such that it is not visible in print)
• add your name, Centre number and candidate number in the bottom centre section. Format
it as black, 18 point serif font.
• add an automatic slide numbers in the bottom right corner
• add clip art image of a snowflake RevSnowflake.png in the bottom triangle section. Resize
the image keeping aspect ratio same so that it fits in the section without overlapping.
• Add a heading The Relaxing Holiday Company as a title above the yellow line aligned to
left. Format it in black, 28 point serif font.
• Make sure no elements of the slide master overlap with each other.
• The master slide should look like this:

EVIDENCE 1: Paste screenshot of Master Slide in your evidence document.
5. • On slide 2, place the image RevLift.jpg in the bottom right section of the slide. [2]
• Resize the image keeping the aspect ratio maintained so that it fills half the available vertical
space.
• Make sure the image does not overlap any other items on the page.
6. • On slide 4, create a column chart based on the following data: [3]
Destination Length of Stay
Jamaica 18
Egypt 14
Italy 7
Brazil 10

• Add appropriate title, axis titles, data labels to the chart.


• Make sure the chart does not overlap any of the master slide elements.
7. • Add consistent transitions on all slides of your choice. [1]
EVIDENCE 2: Paste screenshot of how you applied the transition on all slides in your evidence
document.
8 • Save the presentation. [2]
• Print the presentation as a handout with 4 slides to the page in landscape orientation.
• Make sure your candidate details are present in the header section.
PRINTOUT 1: Print these handouts. Make sure your name, Centre number and candidate number
are on all slides.
9. • Save and print the Evidence document with the same name as done in Task 1.
PRINTOUT 2: Print the evidence document. Make sure your name, centre number and candidate
