Sample outline to follow for structuring your project report.

You can create your


own subtopics addressing the mentioned points

Table of content
1. Background/Overview: You may write few points regarding the organization
/or business your research is based up on (max one page)
2. Problem Statement: Here you clearly state what problem you want to
address and why it is a really a problem. (max half a page)
3. Objective of the project : here you indicate the final output of the research
(max 4 lines)
4. Approach/Methodology : detail procedures, tools and techniques used in the
project will be explained here (max one page)
5. Proposed Solution:
a) actual preprocessing, (max two page)
b) experimentation, modeling or design of the solution will be presented
here (max 4 page)
6. Evaluation: explanation of how the results or solution is acceptable is
expected under this section (max half a page)
7. Conclusion and Recommendation: concluding remarks and
recommendation for feature work or for the practice is discussed here (max
one page)
8. References
9. Annex (screen shoots , etc as required)

Article review
Find two published articles (one of which should be locally done) on a specific
topic (student performance prediction, Heart attack risk prediction …..
 Present on the problem addressed, methodology used, results/findings claimed
and your perspective about the work
 Submit the presentation and report to [email protected]
