We are pleased to present a proposal for the development of a comprehensive, web-based

school management software solution designed to streamline the administrative, academic, and
financial operations of educational institutions. This system includes mobile applications for
Parents and Teachers, providing seamless communication and management. The entire project
will be completed within a 45-55 day timeline.

Please note: This proposal covers development costs only. Additional services such as
publishing, server setup, ongoing maintenance, and support can be discussed separately if
required.

Project Highlights:

1. Phase 1: Requirement Gathering & System Design (Weeks 1)

○ Detailed analysis of school requirements and software features.
○ System architecture and database design.
○ Finalization of user interface (UI) design for the web-based system and mobile
apps.
2. Phase 2: Development (Weeks 3-6)
○ Development of web-based software features:
■ Multi-login system, student and teacher management, attendance, salary,
and payment management.
■ Timetable, exam, petty cash, event, and classroom management
modules.
■ Online chat and notification systems.
○ Development of mobile applications for Admin, Parents, and Teachers.
3. Phase 3: Testing and Quality Assurance
○ Functional and security testing of the web-based system and mobile applications.
○ Bug fixing and performance optimization.
○ User acceptance testing with real users to ensure the system functions as
expected.
4. Phase 4: Deployment & Training
○ Deployment of the software on the school’s server.
○ Training sessions for admin, teachers, and parents on how to use the software
and mobile apps.

These additional services are available upon request. Costs will vary based on requirements
and hosting solutions preferred by the client.

Project Timeline:

Duration: 45-55 Days

● Phase 1: Requirement Gathering & System Design (Weeks 1)

○ Requirements analysis, system architecture design, database setup, and UI
finalization.
● Phase 2: Development (Weeks 2-5)
○ Development of the web-based modules and mobile applications for the
complete management system.
● Phase 3: Testing and Quality Assurance (Week 6-7)
○ Functional and security testing, bug fixing, and optimization.
● Phase 4: Deployment & Training
○ Deployment on school servers and user training sessions for admins, teachers,
and parents.

Payment Terms

Payment Terms:

1. First Payment (40%) - ₹23,200: Advance with completion of Phase 1 (Requirement

Gathering & System Design).
2. Second Payment (30%) - ₹17,400: Due upon completion of Phase 2 (Development of
the web and mobile applications).
3. Final Payment (30%) - ₹17,400: Due upon completion of Phase 3 (Testing, Quality
Assurance) and successful deployment and training in Phase 4.
