Question 1:
You are a shopkeeper who sells laptops. The sales are down from the
last few weeks. The festive seasons such as Dussehra & Diwali are
around the corner. You must design a sales strategy to boost your sales
for the upcoming festive season.
Solution;

To boost the laptops sales during the festive seasons. we input


the following strategies, like
1. In-store Experience :
Decorate the store with festive themes and Host the live
workshop to showcase new laptops with their features and innovations.
2. Promotions :
Launch some exciting offers like Buy 1 Get 1 with 50% off.
And conduct some Giveaway or Luckdraw to the Customers.
3. Discount & Offers :
To provide attractive discounts and offers to the customers such
as Free accessories like Headset, laptop bags, etc…
4. Financing options :
To provide easy EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) options or
give Zero – interest financial plans.
5. Customer service and support :
Ensure the excellent customer service and support during the
festive seasons and Try to rectify the customer queries in the online chat.
By implementing these strategies, we boost our sales during the festive
seasons.

Question 2:
You have recently started a new coaching class, but you have one of the
most prestigious coaching classes already running in your city. Design a
solution to attract & convince more students to join your coaching class
rather than the renowned one in your city ?
Solution;
The following strategies are the solution to attract more
students to join in our prestigious coaching class, are
1. Unique Proposition :
Identity and emphasize what makes our coaching class unique,
and this could be innovative teaching system, specialized subject to the
Students.
2. Experienced Faculty :
Highlight the qualification and experience of our faculty. If
there is possible, we showcase our teaching methods.
3. Offers & Discounts :
Give the prestigious discount like Free trail classes for few
days and conduct the workshop to the new joining students.
4. Flexible Scheduling :
Offers flexible class schedules or online options to
accommodate students through various platforms.
By focusing on these kind of strategies, we attract more students join our
new coaching class.

Who do you think is the best: Zomato or Swiggy & why?
Solution;
The choice between Zomato and Swiggy.
The both platforms are offer similar core services but they have their
unique strengths, such as
 Swiggy generally has a wider delivery network and it covers
more cities and areas compared to Zomato.

 Both platforms provide their user – friendly interfaces. Some


users might prefer swiggy’s features, while other may find
zomato’s interface more intuitive.

 Both platforms have a broad range of restaurants. So users


may find one app has a better selection in their area.
 Swiggy & zomato have its quick delivery times and efficient
service.

 Both swiggy & zomato offers various promotions, discounts


during the festive seasons.

 The both zomato and swiggy give their best in customer


support, but experiences can vary.

Ultimately, the both platforms are give their best with his users.

Joining Edu-versity is the opportunity to be a part of dynamic
