Deliverables

Phase one of carrying out this project will be doing test trials with the new and more advanced
Apple products and installing the VPN into the ios system. This will give the user complete control
over their own privacy. We would be making sure the VPN hides the users IP address ,bypass
geoblocks, keeps data traffic encrypted and overall maintaining online anonymity while assuring no
viruses appear nor compromising the devices performance in any way.

The secondary phase includes the devices being analysed over a period of two months by using it as
a consumer would use the device to ensure the VPN works hand in hand with device without any
system crashes over a good period of time. At each phase, minor improvements will be made to
enhance the performance of the vpn.

Phase three will consist of hiring professional hackers to hack our system. This will allow the
companies programmers to develop the VPNs security even further. This, however, will become a
yearly expense as we want our users to allows be confident that our vpns will not only create
security in the present but also in the long run. Thus, in the future , if our Vpns are being attacked ,
all our grounds will be covered.

Milestones

If all goes well, we are expecting to start working by the 1st of December and a month from then our
first milestone of linking our vpn to your system will be reached on new years day. By the end of
February , milestone number two of successfully preventing any system crashes will be complete. On
25th February ,our system will be unhackable which conclude milestone number three and ready for
product launch on March 1st .

Budgets

Our budgets will consist of each VPN costing R75 ,professional hackers costing R500k a year,
designing and developing the vpn will end up to R35k , multiple testings will cost R15k, maintenance
after launch will be R30k for the first five years and increase steadily by 5% thereafter as inflation
and expenses increasing is also been considered . If you use our suggested pricing at R150 per vpn,
and sales match our predictions, the VPN will bring R 50 million in three years.

Case study

We had sold our initial code and design for our firt vpn model to Express VPN in 2006 when our
company was still in the early stages of developing, Express VPN became the best VPN service in
south Africa in 2008. Considering the fact that its been 16 years and our vpns are far more advanced
than ever before , it could be ground-breaking for Apple itself to join the vpn services. Which is why
we chose you to take our products to a whole new market.
