Encouraging green scape. Encouraging use of sustainable technology and materials. Promote compatible development that is in context with, and improves, the overall neighbourhood; Enhance public streets and contribute to a high quality public realm. Create a safe and comfortable pedestrian environment that has priority through the site and, Minimize impacts on adjacent land uses that could be caused by on-site activities. Create an organizing structure for the site that ensures efficient stacking movements and convenient vehicular access.
