Quick Guide for digitalPORT@SGTM

Login
You may log in with your 2

ID.

can use their Singpass ID to
login.

Logging in to
digitalPORT@SGTM for the
first time

digitalPORT@SGTM for the first
time: 1
Click LOGIN WITH
digitalPORT@SGTM,
followed by Forgot
Password?.

Google Chrome browser is


recommended for
digitalPORT@SG . TM If you are
experiencing issues with loading the
page, you may try resolving it by
doing these steps:
1. Logout from digitalPORT@SGTM
2. Clear internet browser cache
3. Close internet browser
4. Reopen browser and login again

Logging in to
digitalPORT@SGTM for
the first time

2 Enter your Logon ID (Marinet ID)
and select to receive the One-
Time Password (OTP) by SMS
or email. Enter your registered
mobile number or email
address, based on your above
selection and click Reset
Password.

3 You will be prompted to enter 2


• If you did not receive the OTP, contact your appointed Information Security Coordinator
the OTP for validation, and you
(ISC) to confirm your mobile number and email in digitalPORT@SGTM
will receive your OTP via SMS
or email shortly. Enter the OTP • If your ISCs have left the company, or no one is able to login to the ISC accounts, please:

• Email to MPA informing that the existing ISCs have left, and to nominate another staff
as ISC.

• Complete the ISC Replacement Form (attached) with a signature of a director whose
name is in the ACRA, together with a copy of your company’s ACRA document.

• We will send the details to the new ISC.

digitalPORT@SGTM for the
first time
4 You will be prompted to change your
password. Key in your new password 4
and click the Change Password
button. 1
• Your new password needs to have:
• Between 12 to 30 characters
• At least one character in small case
• At least one character in upper case
• At least 1 number
• At least 1 special character (e.g. #, $,
@, & etc.)

5 Your password has been changed


successfully.
Log in with your account ID and new
password. You will then receive your
OTP. Enter your OTP and you will be 2
able to access digitalPORT@SGTM. 5

• The account will be locked


after 9 failed attempts. Once
the account is locked, you will
not be able to log in to
digitalPORT@SGTM. Kindly
contact your company ISC to
unlock the account.

links to the various services
declarations associated with a
government authority such as
MPA, ICA and NEA for port 1

dropdown list to change user details.

Contact your ISS if you need to


change your Name and NRIC.

If you are an ISC updating information
for existing staff in your company:

1 Click Dashboard from PORT


CLEARANCE.

2 Click on Administration menu on


the new screen.

3 Select User Administration from the

dropdown list.

(ISC)
ISC can perform the following
functions:

1 Update user’s NRIC, name, email
and mobile number.

2 Assign MPA & ICA privileges. This
function is optional and not mandatory
account creation.
[ICA Privileges are not available yet]

3 Change logon ID Status: Active,


Suspended or Disabled.

account holder.

5 Click on submit button to save


the changes.

Security Coordinator
(ISC) 2
ISC can also create new accounts:

1 Go to Dashboard, click
Administration dropdown menu.

2 Select User Administration


from the dropdown.

3 Click Create.
