Contract for Agreement

Agreement for the Deletion of Screenshot

This Agreement ("My client deleting the screenshot if Ridith Banerjee doesnt do the following")
is made and entered into on 19/03/2024, between Sarvesh (hereinafter referred to as "the
Prosecutor"), and Ridith Banerjee (hereinafter referred to as "the Opposition").

Whereas, the Prosecutor holds a screenshot that may be of sensitive nature or may cause harm
or distress to the Opposition.

Whereas, the Prosecutor and the Opposition wish to enter into this Agreement to ensure that
the screenshot is deleted under certain conditions.

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the
parties agree as follows:

1. Deletion of Screenshot: The Prosecutor agrees to delete the screenshot from their device(s)
and any other medium where it may be stored, within 1 minute of the execution of this
Agreement.

2. Conditions for Deletion: The Prosecutor's obligation to delete the screenshot is contingent
upon the following conditions being met:

a. Ridith Banerjee refrains from mocking the Prosecutor in any form, including but not limited
to verbal, written, or electronic communication.

b. Ridith Banerjee refrains from assaulting or physically harming the Prosecutor in any way,
including but not limited to hitting, pushing, or any other form of physical violence.

3. No Breach of Agreement: Both parties agree not to breach the terms of this Agreement. Any
breach by either party shall entitle the other party to seek appropriate legal remedies.

4. Confidentiality:The terms and existence of this Agreement shall be kept confidential by both
parties, except as may be required by law.

5. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of Casey Council.

6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties
concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings,
whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
Whether Ridith subjects is his honor, but if this agreement is broken within the contract times,
Sarvesh gets to repost the screenshot and repost other issuing material.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first
above written.
