1. Dynamic Clearance Certificate from DoT has been obtained.
2. All EMC Sockets have been tested, found working and jointly
signed Test Record (at SSE/JE level), is maintained for the same.
3. All relays added during electrification work are tested jointly with
S&T/Division for contact resistance before plugging in and jointly
signed Test Record (at SSE/JE level), is maintained for the same.
4. Data Logger validation for new relays and replaced relays, has
been done and jointly signed validation Record (at SSE/JE/ASTE
level) and is maintained for the same.
5. Joint certificate from Sr.DSTE and Sr.DEE/TRD that bonding
works at stations and other track circuited areas have been
completed.
6. Bifurcation of power supplies in IPS has been done and separate
DC-DC converters provided for Block/BPAC.
7. The following S&T Check Lists have been complied and jointly
signed by executing organization & S&T openline :
a. Broad S&T Railway Electrification Check List for 25 KV
prescribed by CORE (enclosed as Annexure-II).
b. OEM Pre-commissioning Check Lists for newly installed
equipment. e.g. UFSBI/SSBPAC(D) etc.
8. Statement of signalling works having been done in accordance
with Chapter XXII of IRSEM jointly signed by Sr.DSTE & Dy.CSTE.
9. Joint Signal Sighting Report and it’s compliance.
10. Statement for signal implantation w.r.t OHE masts and
dispensation certificate for infringing OHE masts.
11. 6-Quad cable has been attended and parameters have been
checked, recorded and found within the following permissible
limits:
a. Attenuation : < 30 dB
b. Insulation : > 10 M ohms
c. Cross talk : Better than 55 dB
 12. Quad cable screen & armor have been made electrically
continuous at the intermediate terminations/joints by soldering and
connecting both ends of cable screens & armors at the joint
locations and terminations.
13. Proper earthing for quad cable at Station/LC and SP/SSP/TS
locations with earth resistance value less than 1 ohm, are provided
and connected properly.
14. Earthing for all Signaling and Telecom equipments at Station
building, Location boxes, Signals, LC Gates and TSS/SP/SSP
locations are provided and connected properly.
15. Separate earthing for each block instrument/block filters have
been provided.
16. Screening arrangements for signals, where necessary are done.
17. Concerned S&T Open Line staff have been counseled regarding
working in RE area and acknowledgement obtained.
18. Insulated tools have been handed over to concerned S&T Open
line staff.
