st Système d’asservissement des paramètres de l’émulsion au niveau du
parc tréfilage :
La mise en place d’un système d’asservissement des paramètres d’émulsion. ce
consiste a surveiller et réguler en temps réel la concentration utilisée pour le
refroidissement et la lubrification des fils dans le processus de tréfilage traitement en
exploitant des serveurs comme (Arduino, raspberry ..)

Mise en place d’un système digital pour le suivi de wire-tension
nd au niveau de tordonnage
Mettre en place un système de suivi repose généralement sur
des capteurs de tension intègres, permettant de collecter des
données en temps réel

Développement d’une solution de suivi des indicateurs de performance
de l’usine (KPI’s):
Concevoir et implémenter une solution numérique pour le suivi des KPI de l’usine, afin
d’améliorer la visibilité et l’analyse des performances globales.
Identifier et collecter les données pertinentes pour les indicateurs de performance
(OEE, arrêts, déchets, MEB..)

Développement d’une solution POWER BI pour le suivi et
l’amélioration des déchets au niveau de l’usine.
Développer et déployer une solution Power Bi pour le suivi et
l’analyse des indicateurs de déchets dans l’usine afin d’améliorer
la visibilité et la prise de décision
