longevity Healthy lifestyle and longevity are influenced by various factors that contribute to overall well-being. Therefore, everyone needs to know about the factors that affect a healthy lifestyle and human longevity. First, a balanced diet helps maintain body functions and prevent disease . Next, exercise is very important. Physical activity boosts metabolism, strengthens muscles and improves cardiovascular health. Avoid harmful substances such as alcohol , beer and illegal drugs. Finally, regular health check-ups are essential to good health. In short , everyone needs to follow the above factors to have a healthy body. +what are the important factors? In my family, the main generation gap is about technology. Older
members prefer traditional communication like phone calls, while younger ones use social media and smartphones. This leads to misunderstandings, as each side has different habits. The older generation feels overwhelmed by new technology, while the younger generation feels frustrated by the lack of interest. Despite this, both sides try to bridge the gap with patience and understanding

of global warming Global warming is the increase of the average temperature of the Earth's atmosphere and oceans. It is mainly caused by the emission of heat-trapping gases, such as carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide, from human activities, such as burning fossil fuels, deforestation, and agriculture. Global warming has many negative consequences for the environment and human life, such as rising sea levels, melting glaciers, extreme weather events, loss of biodiversity, and spread of diseases. Therefore, it is urgent to do something about global warming before it is too late. We can reduce global warming by using renewable energy sources, saving electricity, reducing waste, planting trees, and raising awareness. +What are the causes of global warming?
