6. Attach the vCenter Server systems that control your resource clusters
to the vCloud Director server .
7. Attach the vShield Manager server associated with each vCenter
Server system.
8. Log in to the console of the vShield Manager:
• Enter the host name or IP address, administrator ID, and password of the
associated vCente 「 Server system
• Register the vShield Manager with the vCenter Server system
9. Use VMware vSphere® Client ™ to properly license the vShield
Manager connected to the vCenter Server system.

You must then attach the vCenter Server systems that control your resource clusters to the vCloud
Director se1ver. Attach each vShield Manager server associated with each vCenter Server system.
Now you should use a supported browser to connect directly to the vShield Manager console.
Connect the vShield Manager server to the vCenter Server system and register the vShield Manager
server with the vCenter Server system.
Use VMware vSphere® ClientTM to connect to your vCenter Server. Use the vSphere Client to
license the connected vShield Manager server.
