Question: AI - "Generative Fill" and "Generative Expansion" do not work for me. Is
there a way to solve this problem?
Answer: Only people who have actually paid for a subscription can use generative
tools.
And even then, they have limits on the number of generations.
Also, generative tools can be used during a free trial period of 14 days.
That is, if you really need a generative toolkit, then register a new business
account here
(14 days of trial versus 7 for personal) and activate the trial period, then log in
to the program using it through the Help->Sign In menu.

then solve your problem yourself.
In particular, you can block access to the network for the Photoshop.exe file in
this third-party firewall.

to solve this problem, blocking access to a number of IP addresses. Unfortunately,
the list of these addresses changes occasionally. But we can also dynamically
adjust it!
Just run the file ..\Adobe 2023\packages\setup.exe from the distribution and wait
for the message "Cracking pop-up window complete. Enjoy!".
The list of blocked IP addresses is updated, and the pop-up notification will stop
bothering you.
Question: What should I do to make it possible to work with cloud storage,
libraries and other online services?
Answer: To do this, you need to connect to the Adobe server with your ID by
selecting "Help->Sign In" in the program menu and logging in.
I strongly recommend closing the window in which you are asked to launch the trial
version with a cross.
In this case, in the future, you will not encounter the problem of the annoying
message about the end of the trial period!
After restarting the program, online services will become available.
Question: I can't download neurofilters. Why?
Answer: If you are denied downloading neurofilters, then delete the folder
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\24\Internal\
com.adobe.nfp.gallery\PluginData
Do you see the number 25 in the path? If in addition to folder 25 you also have 24,
23, etc., then you need to clean them out too!
After that, restart the program - the filters should start downloading. I recommend
downloading all the necessary filters at once, because when you delete this folder,
you also delete all the previously downloaded neurofilters.
