DEFINITIONS
1.1 Contractor:

A contractor is an employer in his own right, carrying out work on behalf of HULESSGAR Pharmaceuticals
via a contract.

1.2 Contract Managers:

A Contract Manager should be nominated when it has been decided to use a Contractor. The Contract
Manager should involve appropriate specialist functions usually from inside HULESSGAR
Pharmaceuticals, but in certain circumstances, from outside, when selecting, establishing and fulfilling
the Contract. The appointment of the Contract Manager should consider the competence and
experience necessary to implement procedures set out in this document.

1.3 Sub-Contractor:

Any contractor working under third party’s contract with an HULESSGAR Pharmaceuticals.

1.4 Contractor-Employee:

Any person who is not an HULESSGAR Pharmaceuticals’ employee and is providing services on the
HULESSGAR Pharmaceuticals premises.
