🔴 Week 01 - Task: Assignment - My daily routine

Indicaciones de la tarea

Hello everybody!

Now it's time for you to do the task for this week. Read the instructions below. Remember that
if you need to review a topic, you can always check the course material as many times as you
need. Keep in mind that you have to present this task during week 1.

1. Lesson Outcome:

Through this activity, students talk about their daily routine using verbs in present simple and
the vocabulary presented during the week.

2. Description:

 Step 1: Individual task.


 Step 2: Check this week’s study material and your sessions’ notes.
 Step 3: Prepare a 1 minute monologue.
 Situation: Create a monologue in which you describe your daily routine.
 Check this list and the vocabulary studied during the week:
 get up
 brush my teeth
 get dressed
 take classes
 have breakfast
 watch TV
 do homework
 go to bed


 Complete the following chart answering the questions about your daily
activities in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening.
What do you do… in the morning? in the afternoon? in the evening?
From Monday to
Friday


 Using the information from the chart, record a video about your daily routine.
 You can start like this:
 My name is ____________ and I am __________ (age).
 From Monday to Friday, in the morning, I...
 In the afternoon, I...
 In the evening, I...
 Step 4:
 Practice the monologue at a slow pace paying attention to the pronunciation and
intonation.
 Remember to transmit your personal emotions during the recording.
 Step 5: Once you are ready, record yourself in multimedia in the learning platform or
upload your video in Youtube/Drive and share the link in a Word format on the learning
platform.
 Step 6: Use the following structure:
 Cover: Your name and last name must be there. Include your photo. There are 2
options to do it: (Choose one):

 Option 1: Inside your video, if you record it on the learning platform.


 Option 2: In a Word format with the YouTube link/Drive link.

Example of the cover:

 Video Length: 1 minute
 Channel: Online- Delivery on the virtual platform
 Cover: your name and last name must be there, include your photo.
 Deadline: Sunday of Week 1

De acuerdo al artículo 46 del Reglamento de Disciplina, toda evidencia de plagio, durante o


posterior a la evaluación, anulará el resultado de la evaluación.

Se considera plagio a la copia de información parcial o total de fuentes de información o de


páginas de internet, así como a la copia del trabajo de otro grupo, estudiante, docente, o
consulta a persona externa a la universidad.

En los casos a que se refiere el párrafo anterior, si se comprueba la falta, el estudiante obtiene
la calificación de “cero anulado” (0A) como nota final del curso, sin perjuicio de recibir la
sanción disciplinaria correspondiente.
