Subiect : Modification of Weiqh Bridse

There is an old weighbridge size of 9 X 3M available at waregaon workshop which was


received from RVNL-2 Rowghat project. Recently, there is a requirement of weighbridge of
size 16 X 3M for Battisa Nallah Project for weighlng of bulker and steel trailer.

ln view of requirement, we can modify existing weighbridge for required configuration


instead of purchasing new. We will incur the cost of Rs. 4.35 lakh approx for modification of
old weighbridge. We will have to spend 7.75 lakh if we purchase a new weighbridge of the
same configuration.

Moreover, in modification, we will be saving Rs, 3.40 lakh and also converting old analogue
load cell to digital one for more accuracy. Hence it recommended for modification of old
weighbridge of size 9X6M to 16X3M.

It is submitted to DIC for perusal and approval please.
