Finance concuffence shall be obtained for any change in scope of the contract. These
powers shall apply for both positive and negative change in the scope.
Change in scope shall be restricted in accordance with provisions of Clause 13.4 of
Article-13 of the EPC Agreement.
The ratelcost for the Change of Scope shall be determined in accordance with provisions
of Clause 13.2.3 of Article-13 of the EPC Agreement.
