Install and Activate MobilePass+ Application on iOS/Android

Pre-Requisites:

• User must be connected to Honeywell network


• Mobile device should have access to Internet
Steps:
1. Navigate to the App Store/Play store
Tap on Install (for Android) / Get (for iOS) to complete the installation.
(If already installed; skip to next step)

2. On your desktop/laptop navigate to http://go.honeywell.com/mfa and Login with EID


and LDAP Password.

3. Under the title "Office 365/SSO Services" click on continue and a new page with token
information will appear

4. Click on "Request Token" and Honeywell Token Self-Enrollment page will open in a
new tab. If you get prompted to allow pop-ups from this website, allow it.

If Honeywell Token Self-Enrollment page does not open after allowing popup, you
can use any other browser e.g. Internet Explorer or Firefox browser.

Note: If you receive an email from [email protected] with


a subject heading of Enroll in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Please disregard.

5. On the Enrollment page select your appropriate device (iOS/Android) from the drop-
down list

6. This will generate a QR code for mobile device enrollment.

7. On your mobile device, open the MobilePASS+ application and tap on “Activate” then
select OK to allow the camera to access the MobilePASS+

8. Scan the QR code displayed on your desktop/laptop using your mobile device’s camera.

9. After Activation, tap on "Continue" to enroll for One Time Passcode.

For Android For IPhone

10. Tap on “Continue” to allow Push Authentication for Android. Tap on “Use Push
Authentication” to allow Push Authentication for IPhone

For Android For IPhone

11. IPhone users will receive prompt to allow the MobilePASS+ as shown and kindly ensure
that you click on allow

12. After allowing Push Authentication, tap on “Done”. A 6-digit passcode will appear and
your mobile device is now configured to use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA).
