Terms & Conditions:
• Above rates are in Saudi Riyal and applicable only for Travel agencies.
• Above rates are net and non-commissionable for Travel Agencies.
• Above rates are including 15% Value add taxes and 05% Municipality taxes.
• Above rates are including Iftar from 1-19 Ramadan.
• Above rates are including Iftar & Sahour for Last 10 days of Ramadan.
• Extra bed supplement: SAR 370 per night including Iftar from 1-19 Ramadan.
• Extra bed supplement: SAR 8,000 including Iftar and Sahour for Last 10 Days Package.
• Sahour Supplement: SR 250 - per person per night from 01-19 Ramadan.
• All confirmed bookings are non-refundable and non-changeable.
• Reservations will be made according to the Gregorian Calendar.
• One full night will be charged if a guest checks out after 1600 hrs.
Advance Purchase terms & Conditions:
• Advance purchase rates are for a limited number of rooms and once exceeded normal Ramadan rates will be applied.

• Classic city view rooms are limited and subject to hotel availability.
• The hotel reserves the right to change the rates without any prior notice.
Children Policy:
Children up to 5 years old sharing parents' room are free room and meals with a maximum of two children, Children between 6
& 12 years old sharing their parents' room will be charged 50% for meals with free accommodation without adding extra beds.
Children who are 12 years old and above shall be considered adults.
Check in – Check out:
Standard check-in time is after 16:00 hrs. and the standard check-out time is before 12:00 hrs. Early check-in should be booked
from the previous night. Late check-outs should be booked including the following night and subject to availability.
No-Show Policy:
In the event of a no-show on the date of arrival, the total stay will be charged.
