Job1: Test Engineer

Needs to hire 2 Freelancers

As a Test Engineer, you will bring a strong understanding of various software development
lifecycle models and leverage the right tools and methodologies to enhance quality at
every stage. You will be responsible for designing and executing both manual and
automated tests, covering component, integration, and system testing. This role involves
close collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure
testing outcomes meet business quality standards.
In this position, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and executing testing
efforts while ensuring effective communication with both internal and external teams.
Attention to detail is critical, as you will ensure all deliverables meet quality standards
before deployment to environments such as SIT, Preprod, and Production

Essential Skills and Experience:


- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a tester in an agile software development
environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in designing and building automated test scripts on
existing frameworks for both APIs and UI.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret requirements and compile well-written test cases to
ensure sufficient test coverage.
- Perform test execution activity to ensure newly developed features meet objectives and
acceptance criteria both functionally with UI standards, and non-functional impact such as
performance, usability, reliability, security.
- Implement testing processes and identify and implement new test frameworks to improve
confidence in testing for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in testing RESTful APIs using tools like Postman or similar
- Strong business acumen, especially within banking or financial services
- Proficient in using tools like Jira for defect management and tracking
