Pule is a rare cheese traditionally made from the milk
of Balkan donkeys, primarily in Serbia. It is one of the
most expensive cheeses in the world due to its limited
production and unique flavor. The high protein content
in donkey milk contributes to its distinctive texture and
taste.
Fermentation is the process of adding yeast to
dough, where the yeast consumes sugars and
produces carbon dioxide bubbles. These bubbles
make the dough rise, giving bread its light and airy
texture. Fermentation also enhances flavor by
producing alcohol and organic acids.

frozen dessert was made as far back as 200 BC. It
was created by mixing rice, milk, and snow to form a
sweet treat. The concept spread to Europe via trade
routes and evolved into modern ice cream.
