zip disks, optical disks, tapes, memory cards, flash drives, and similar USB storage devices.

11. For all data copying request, please provide the


explicit consent of the data owner.

12. Please confirm that there is no classified


information to be copied.

13. If any classified information / personal


information is stored / transmitted via email or
other electronic means, please confirm that
encryption shall be used to ensure appropriate
protection.

14. If notebook(s) will be connected to IT systems


for the load test, please provide justification
and ensure patching status is up-to-date & full
scan of virus, by using the latest virus engine
and virus signature file, will be performed
without virus found right before attaching the
notebook(s) to the servers at CCC / remotely.

15. Please remove the software installed, scripts


copied to IT systems after the load test, if any.

16. Will OGCIO CCC ITSP be followed when


conducting the load test?

17. Whether Internet access to the concerned


server(s) for the load test preparation, if any,
and for the load test is required.

18. Would the load test preparation, if any, and the


load test generate transactions through the CSI
internet gateway and CCCNS networks (Please
state which network or both)?

Please submit the checklist to CCC of OGCIO at least 5 working days before the schedule date
