SPMIS Users Manual
The Strategic Performance Management Information System (SPMIS) was developed by the
Information Systems Development and Maintenance Services, Information Technology Office.
Systems and Technical Services Sector
• Monitor the performance of the individual employees based on the targets and
commitments indicated in the OPCR, DPCR and IPCR
• Generate promptly and accurately all required reports

3. Figure 3 Upon entering designated user name and corresponding password, SPMIS
screen is displayed on screen.

The SPMIS opening screen is the Initial screen that all users view after signing into the
system. This allows for quick access to the System Setup, Transactions, Utilities and Reports
that all users can rely on.
1. Title Bar. Can be seen on the upper left side of the screen.
2. The SPMIS Homepage (Menu Screen) is found on the left side of the screen. The
SPMIS Opening screen is the initial screen that all users view after signing into the
system. It contains menus that assist with your tasks. These Menus display information
within that present data to users.

There are five (5) kinds of User Logins being given to the users. The Panels (menus) and
widgets (options) will be different depending as to what type of user will be.

Click on arrow down button on the right side of the users’ name. Select Log Out to exit the
system.

The selections available to the System Administrator are 1) System Setup 2) Transactions
and 3) Utilities.
Select System Setup from the SPMIS Homepage and Figure 12 will be displayed
on your screen.
