further to amend the Punjab Partition of Immovable Property Act 2012.


Whereas it is expedient further to amend the Punjab Partition of Immovable Property
Act 2012 (IV of 2013) for purposes hereinafter appearing;
It is enacted as follows:

1. Short title and commencement.– (1) This Act may be cited as the Punjab
Partition of Immovable Property (Amendment) Act 2015.
(2) It shall come in force at once.

2. Amendment in section 9 of Act IV of 2013.– In the Punjab Partition of


Immovable Property Act 2012 (IV of 2013), in section 9, subsection (3) shall be
omitted.
