3 Install
The equipment must be installed where gas leakage is expected. The installation
position is determined according to the gas density. If the density of the detected gas
is less than that of the air, the equipment can be installed under the indoor ceiling; If
the density of the detected gas is greater than that of the air, the equipment can be
installed near the ground. In addition, the influence of gas flow on the ability of the
equipment to detect gas must also be considered. The installation must also ensure
that the display screen on the front of the equipment is clear and can be seen
without obstruction.
Pay attention to
Before installation, check whether the delivered parts are complete and
accurate according to the packing list.
Pay attention to
When preparing for assembly, ensure that the installation layout is
consistent with the equipment.
3.1Mechanical installation
3.1.1Outline dimension diagram (taking four-in-one detector as an example)
Pay attention to
The installation of the detector must comply with the applicable rules and
regulations, otherwise its safe operation cannot be guaranteed.
—Shielded cables must be used for detectors. If shielded cables are not used, the
anti-interference performance of the detector design cannot be guaranteed.
—Always observe the maximum cable length and cross section (see section 6.2).
—Water or impurities can penetrate into the detector through the cable. In dangerous areas, it is
recommended to wrap the part of the cable in front of the detector entrance into a circle, or
slightly bend the cable to prevent water from entering the detector.
Pay attention to
The power supply is 12-24V DC. Limit voltage DC9-36V If the detector is greater than
36V, the detector may fail permanently
Warning!
For newly purchased instruments, standard gas with known
concentration must be used before useBody. To maximize safety, it is
recommended to use the Calibrate the standard gas with known
concentration at least once.
Be careful!
To reduce the risk of electric shock, the power supply must be turned off
when removing the electrochemical sensor for maintenance. Never
operate the instrument when opening the cover. Only after confirming
that the surrounding environment is safe
The instrument can only be turned on.

1.1 Parameter
Before the first use of the newly purchased instrument, the sensor must be
calibrated with a standard gas of known concentration. In order to maximize safety, it
is recommended to calibrate at least once every three months with standard gas of
known concentration.
Calibrate within a fixed period of time in the detection environment to ensure
that the sensor will not fail.
Verify and correct with test gas of known concentration before use. This
"impact" test is very simple and only takes 1 minute to complete. If the reading is out
of range, the instrument should be recalibrated.
The instrument has been calibrated with corresponding standard gas before
delivery. However, after a period of use, the user should also make corrections. The
instrument can be operated immediately after installation and calibration.
As for the service life of the sensor, the general electrochemical sensor life is
inversely proportional to the ambient gas concentration. The higher the ambient
concentration, the more easily the electrochemical substances inside the sensor are
consumed by the reaction, the shorter the service life, and the greater the
attenuation in the process. Therefore, users need to test and maintain the
instrument frequently.
The hardware structure diagram is digital tube display, and the shape of the LCD
display is the same. The shape of the digital probe is different according to the
difference of single component and multi-component
Warning
1. In Class B environment, use at least 50 cm long explosion-proof
conduit. In Class C environment, if the conduit length exceeds 150 cm,
it needs to be sealed.
2. To ensure the safety of the environment, when opening the cover, make
sure there is no dangerous gas on the site and cut off the power supply.
4.3 Install
First of all, determine the installation position of the detector.
According to the installation drawing, drill three holes at the
installation position (first drill two holes with a horizontal distance
of 116mm, and then drill a third hole 103mm above the center of the two
holes.
Before installation or maintenance, confirm that the power supply is turned off to
ensure environmental safety.
Note: J4 can only connect the audible and visual alarm below 24V-100mA, and
the high-power audible and visual alarm may not start or damage the drive
circuit.

7、Menu introduction
There are six main menus under the menu interface: "instrument calibration",
"sensor", "alarm setting", "data storage", "instrument setting" and "about the
machine". You can move the cursor to enter the required operation interface
Note: The calibration process needs to pay attention to the size of the ADC, and the
full scale ADC should not be greater than 20000.
ADC value: the number after the signal size of the sensor is converted.
8.2 Check
Connect the gas detector to the standard cylinder through the flow-type
cover, gas pipe and pressure reducing valve.
Warning
All newly purchased instruments must be calibrated with standard
gas of known concentration before being used for the first time.
In order to maximize safety, it is recommended to calibrate at
least once every three months with standard gas of known
concentration.
.
3:Release the standard gas and adjust the gas flow to 300 ml/min.
Observe the change of instrument ADC at this time. Click "Confirm"
when the ADC value is stable and will not rise
8.6 Introduction to other operations
8.6.1 Sensor information operation
"Volatile gas type": the factory default display is VOC, but the user can choose to
display the actual gas name.
"Volatile gas compensation coefficient": there are hundreds of volatile gases, and the
reaction coefficient of each gas is different. The manufacturer shall calibrate
according to isobutylene during production. If the user can determine the
composition of the target gas when using it, he can modify the reaction coefficient by
himself. For example, to measure benzene, the coefficient should be modified to
0.53."Combustible gas type": if the instrument is a combustible gas detector, the
default gas type is EX. Users can modify it to methane or propane.
"Alarm limit": the high alarm point and low alarm point values of the instrument can
be modified.
"Alarm channel": the alarm of the instrument is allowed. If the channel authority is
cancelled, any change in the gas concentration value of the channel will not trigger
the alarm, that is, the alarm limit is invalid.
Note: The TF card should not be larger than 64G. The storage capacity of an
instrument stored in 2 minutes for one year will not be greater than 4G. The saved
EXCEL file is too large to open. It is better to back up the data once a year and format
the TF card before reuse.
In the instrument setting menu, there are "date and time", "language setting",
"display setting", "current function", "restore factory" and other functions.
The date and time of the user who needs to store historical data need to be set
correctly. In addition, there is a 3V button battery (CR1220) on the motherboard that
needs to be replaced for two years. This battery is used to ensure that the internal
clock can operate normally when the instrument is powered off.
After a long time of use, the current output function may have some drift. If the
accuracy of use is affected, you can enter the "Current function" to re-correct the
output accuracy of 4mA and 20mA.
10、Design theory
Each gas detector uses a digital probe and can support a complete
supported).
It forms a detection bridge circuit with two fixed resistors. When the
combustible gas in the air diffuses to the surface of the detection element,
the flameless combustion will be carried out rapidly under the action of the
catalyst on the surface of the detection element, and the reaction heat will
increase the platinum wire resistance value of the detection element, and
the detection bridge circuit will output a differential pressure signal. The
The oxygen sensor applies the principle of Gavanni galvanic cell. Its
structure is to install the anode (lead) and cathode (silver) in the galvanic
cell, which are separated from the outside by a thin film. When the
oxygen-containing gas in the air reaches the cathode through this thin
film, the oxidation-reduction reaction occurs. The sensor will now have a
The toxic and harmful gas sensor adopts the world's advanced
electrolytic cell, namely, the working electrode, the counter electrode and
voltage value, different toxic and harmful gases can be measured. The
measured gas will reach the working electrode through the film and
harmful gases.
