Hello, my name is Shreya. I'm originally from Mathura, but I've been living in Jaipur for the past 5-6
years. I recently graduated with a BCA from Poornima University, and I'm currently pursuing a data
analyst training program at Grras Solutions. This training has provided me with hands-on experience in
tools and technologies like Power BI, advanced Excel, SQL, and Python. I've applied these skills to
complete tasks involving data cleaning, visualization, and modeling. Using these tasks I have made many
projects. Some of my best projects are super global store, grocery store. I'm confident that my skills and
experience align well with the data analyst role at your company, and I'm eager to contribute to your
team."

something you can rely on.

Answer:

In my opinion or I consider them as my strength that I'm a very focused and detail-oriented person, and
I'm always punctual. This makes me a reliable and trustworthy employee who your company can count
on.

Because I'm so detail-oriented, I sometimes get deeply absorbed in a task, which can occasionally make
me lose sight of the bigger picture and this strength sometimes works as a weakness for me .However,
I'm aware of this, and I'm actively working on balancing my attention to detail with a broader perspective
6. Can you describe a challenging situation and how you handled it?
Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to describe a challenge you faced and how you
successfully resolved it.

Answer:

In my data analysis training, I got stuck on a project where I had to predict customer churn.(you can
write about your project) I was having trouble finding the right model to accurately predict. I tried
several different approaches, but the results weren't good enough.

So, I decided to reach out to my team lead for help. We brainstormed together, and he suggested some
new techniques I hadn't considered. I also did some extra research on my own and found some helpful
articles and tutorials.

After trying these new ideas and refining my approach, I was finally able to build a model that produced
much better predictions. This experience taught me the importance of perseverance, collaboration, and
continuous learning when facing challenges in data analysis."

7. How do you handle stress and pressure?

Provide examples of past experiences where you managed stress effectively. Explain the techniques you
use to stay calm and productive under pressure.

I manage stress by staying organized and prioritizing my work. Whenever I feel pressurize, I break down
tasks into smaller steps and focus on finding solutions. For example, during a tight-deadline project in my
