Conduct surveys or interviews with employees and managers in
various Malaysian organizations to gather data on leadership styles
and their effects on motivation and job satisfaction.
Secondary Research:
Review existing literature on leadership styles, employee motivation,
and job satisfaction, focusing on studies within the Malaysian
context.

Method Written Report
1500 - 2000 words
One-sided A4 paper
Arial / Times New Roman 12, 1.5 spacing and justified.
Proper headers, footers and table of contents
All pages in the report should be numbered except for the cover page,
student declaration, question, marking criteria and Turnitin report.
