General Time Entry:
To enter time into the time sheet, click, the
“Time Sheet Entry” link. A weekly timesheet
like the one opposite should open:
1. You can choose which week to view by
using the “previous Week” or “Next Week”
buttons” (you cannot view time in future
weeks)
2. Time should always be entered in Minutes
3. Tasks should be entered as normal by the
amount completed
Please Remember Time must be added daily,
failure to so may affect your payment
4. Monthly totals display your current
months total Time (Minutes) and Tasks

To Enter Time:
1. Enter the time and the tasks you’ve
completed in the correct date fields,
remember time in minutes.
2. Once you have entered the data click
the “Save Timesheet” button
3. Your time is now saved, you can edit
this time if necessary but it must be
resaved.

Time Sheet Locking: You must enter your

time into the time sheet on the day you
complete the tasks.
Any date in the timesheet which is shaded
Blue, is locked

Dates become locked for 3 reasons:

1. They are in the future (See example

opposite)
2. They are more than 3 days old, the
system locks any date 3 days older than
the current date
3. The dates have been marked as
Approved (see example opposite)
Approval and Rejection of Time:
Every Month an approval process will run to
ensure that all time logged meets with the
productivity guidelines.

1. If the total time and tasks recorded meets

the productivity metrics, then the time will
be approved. You will be notified by email of
the approval and the approved dates will be
marked on the time sheet.

1. If the total time and tasks recorded does not

meet the productivity metrics, then the time
will be rejected. You will be notified by email
of the rejection and the rejected dates will be
marked on your time sheet.

What to do if Time is Rejected:

1. If your time has been rejected you will be

notified and the rejected time or time period
will be unlocked in your time sheet
1. Time Will be approved or rejected on a
Monthly Basis
2. You should review the rejected time and
make any changes necessary to the time
entered.
3. Once you have made changes you will need
to “Save” the timesheet again. Remember
changes may need to be made over several
weeks
4. If you feel no changes are necessary then
please save the timesheets again this will re
submit them. Each week must be saved
separately.
5. Failure to save a particular weeks timesheet
may end up in that week not being invoiced
for.
What to do if Time is Approved:

1. If your time is approved for the

period you do not need to do
anything else
2. The approved time will be
converted into an invoice for you
and that invoice will be paid to the
bank account of record for you
within the payment terms agreed.
3. You can check your invoices by
selecting the “All Invoices and
Credit Memos” link from the “Start
Page”. Invoices should be visible
within 2 days of time being
approved
4. Once Time for a particular day
becomes approved the time entry
fields for that day is locked and
becomes un-editable.

Keeping Track of Monthly Time:

1. On the interface the system keeps

track of total time (in minutes) and
tasks on a task type, monthly and
weekly basis
