utmost importance. This activity significantly enhances my work and study efficiency. This
skill relates to allocating specific time slots for different tasks and activities each day.

I engage in this planning activity every evening for the following day. This routine involves
reviewing what I accomplished during the current day and then organizing and prioritizing
tasks for the next day. I allocate time for work-related tasks, study sessions, breaks, and
personal activities. This planning usually takes about 15 to 20 minutes before I go to bed.
This skill helps me in several ways. Firstly, it brings clarity and focus to my day, allowing me
to approach tasks with a clear mind. By prioritizing tasks, I can tackle the most important or
challenging tasks when my energy levels are highest.
