4.1.3 ADAS Menu Setting
ADAS Calibrate: for high truck, pls choose “Big car”; for small car like van, choose “small car”.
There is default parameter for such vehicles to make sure accuracy. Pls don’t change it by yourself.
If it is still not accurate, pls contact engineer to change accordingly.

Details setup: Click the Function that you need. Change the parameter to change the sensitivity.
Lan distance: the length that vehicle is departing the path.
Start Threshold: how long it starts to give alert. Counting in “ms”(millisecond).
For lane departure warning, it give alerts to driver when he is turning left/right and he doesn’t turn on the
left/right light at that time. This help to avoid collision from following vehicles and help to change driver’s
bad behaviors.
At first, connect sensor line to left-turn and right-turn signal line.
The power from signal line should be 5V-24V. SENSER-IN3 connected to the right-turn signal, SENSER-IN2
connect to the left-turn signal.

(After setting, when driver changes lane and doesn’t turn on the correct light, it will give an alarm “Lane
departure warning” to remind driver to turn on light correctly.)

Test with the default parameter st first. And change paramater according to situation.
Start Threshold: how long it starts to give alert. Counting in “ms”(millisecond).
Interval: time lag between 2 same events. This is to avoid keeping alert for same behaviors, which will
annoy driver and send too much events to server. Counting in “seco”(second).

UP & Down Angle: BSD camera is better to be fixed in back side of vehicle. Height: 1.5~2 meters. The
detection area will be affected by the vehicle height and length, so need to adjust camera to cover the
blind area under BSD camera as big as possible and at the same time can view the point that is 1~ 2 meters
far from the vehicle head.
Left & Right Angle:adjust the the len so that the body of vehicle covers 1/4 of whole camera vision zoom.
Install font side camera as high as possible, and adjust camera to cover as much as possible of the blind
area.

Note: the calibration line must be close/covered to the ground. Can Not upper the ground (in the air). The
orientation line need to keep 2M from the Vehicle head.

It is suggested to set “speed value” to be “0km/h”. When the vehicle is under speed of “0~30km/h”, will
BSD function work.
