Job Title: Senior Software Engineer

Location: Remote

Salary: USD up to $100k (Dependant on experience) + Benefits

Overview:

Seeking a passionate Senior/ Lead Software Engineer to join a dynamic, Agile team
focused on innovative solutions and high-quality coding practices. This role emphasizes
collaboration, mentorship, and a DevOps culture.

Responsibilities:

• Develop clean, efficient, high-quality code using Golang, PHP, and relevant
frameworks (e.g., Laravel).

• Collaborate with team members on story refinement, prioritization, and sprint


commitments.

• Ensure code meets quality, security, and CI/CD pipeline standards.

• Mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and promote best practices.

• Design and implement microservices architectures in a cloud-native


environment.

• Support operations and ensure solutions meet regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in Golang and PHP development with experience in frameworks like


Laravel or Lumen.

• Knowledge of Agile practices and DevOps principles.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Terraform), REST APIs, AWS, and
MySQL.

• Familiarity with ELK stack, automated testing, and security best practices in
software engineering.

Beneficial Skills:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, or cloud monitoring tools like AWS
CloudWatch.

• Knowledge of test-driven development and telemetry libraries like StatsD.

• Open-source contributions are a plus.


• Previous experience in e-commerce / Mobile / Device re-sale
