Detailed Comments:
Team member Comments
Le Hoang Minh Le Hoang Minh has been a real hero on this project. Her
analytics skills are top-notch, especially when it came to
the design logic. He really grasped the complex aspects of
the project and always came up with solutions. Minh is
also a great communicator - he explains things clearly,
which really helps everyone understand what's going on.
He's always willing to help others, too, making him a
fantastic mentor to the team. I can always count on him to
get things done on time and take responsibility, which
makes him a super reliable teammate.
Phan Nguyen Son Son has done a great job with the team’s presentation. He
really has an eye for design and made the design clean
and easy to understand. He's also a good contributor to
idea reviews, spotting potential problems and giving
helpful feedback. Michael could boost his contribution
even more by taking on more responsibility and exploring
challenging areas of the project. I think diving deeper into
the technical stuff would help him grow his skills and
make an even bigger impact.
Doan Phuong Anh Tuan Tuan has been a solid team member, always willing to put
in the effort. He's got a good grasp of the core concepts

and is reliable. To get even more out of David, I'd love to
see him participate more in our meetings and team
discussions. Clear communication is key to our success,
and having him chime in more often would be super
helpful. It would also be great if he felt comfortable
taking on more responsibility and tackling problems head-
on.
