Constl provides high-capacity super high-reliability connectivity solutions to Enterprise customers. The
service is envisioned to be differentiated from the market offerings available today by delivering
exceptional experience to our customers. This will be delivered through a horizontal software platform
that will integrate the end-to-end processes in the product lifecycle experience for the customer.

The Role Responsibilities

Vendor Management:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and external partners.
• Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance with agreed
terms.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate closely with the C-level suite and senior leadership to define the strategic
objectives, scope, and priorities for the next-generation telco platforms program.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and
alignment.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, present project updates, and
address any concerns.
• Act as a liaison between the digital team, vendors, and other departments.

Technical Leadership:

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. Serve as the primary point of
contact for all program-related inquiries, escalations, and communications, both internally
and externally, ensuring timely and accurate responses to stakeholders.
• Ensure technical solutions are aligned with organizational standards and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Technologies: Portal frameworks, Micro services & ESB Integration Architecture,
Salesforce.com, SDN/NFV, Portal /System Integrations, Cloud based DevOps - AWS, Azure,
Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Static and Dynamic Vulnerability Management will
be a plus
• Drive post-program reviews and evaluations to capture lessons learned, identify
opportunities for improvement, and inform future program planning and execution.

Change Management:

• Manage changes to program scope, schedule, and budget, including the evaluation of
change requests, impact assessments, and stakeholder communications, while maintaining
alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications & Skills


• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer applications/business administration, Project
Management, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 12-14 years of industry experience, preferably in the telco space, demonstrating a deep
understanding of telecommunications technologies, market dynamics, and industry trends.
• 8+ years of experience in senior program or project management roles, with a demonstrated
track record of successfully leading complex, cross-functional programs in the
telecommunications or technology industry.
• Proven ability to work effectively with C-level executives and senior leadership, providing
strategic guidance, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on program objectives and
priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships, inspire trust, and motivate teams to achieve results in a matrixed organization.
• Extensive experience in program planning, execution, and governance, with a thorough
understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving
data-driven insights and actions to mitigate risks and optimize program performance.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing external partners, vendors, and contracts, including
negotiation, performance management, and contract compliance.
• PMP, PgMP, or other relevant project/program management certifications are highly
desirable.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies is
mandatory.
• A passion for innovation, technology, and driving positive change in the telecommunications
industry.
