9:00 AM – 12:00 NOON ENGINEERING MATHEMATICS 50%

1:00 PM – 4:00 PM GENERAL ENGINEERING AND 50%

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Report to the school/building/room assignment before 8:30AM on the day of the examinaTon to verify
your room and seat number. Be punctual.

2. Examinees are required to wear the following aYre on the examinaTon day:
Male Examinees - White polo shirt or shirs with collar, decent pants or slacks
Female Examinees - White blouse or shirts with collar, decent pants or skirts

3. Bring the following on examinaTon day:


a. PCF signed by parents/guardian
b. Two(2) or more pencils
c. Eraser and sharpener
d. One(1) piece long transparent/plasTc envelope (for keeping your valuables and other allowed items)
e. ScienTfic calculator

NOTE: ONLY ONE “PRC ALLOWED CALCULATOR” SHALL BE ALLOWED TO USE BY THE EXAMINEE.
CALCULATORS SHALL BE INSPECTED AND HAS TO BE RESET BEFORE THE START OF THE EXAMINATION.

4. The following are STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the examinaTon premises/rooms:


a. Books, notes, review materials, and other printed materials containing coded
data/informaTon/formula.
b. Calculators which are programmable.
c. APPLE, SAMSUNG, AND OTHER SMART WATCHES, CELLULAR PHONES, EAR PLUGS, TRANSMITTERS,
PORTABLE COMPUTERS, BLUETOOTH AND ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC GADGETS/DEVICES WHICH MAY
BE USED TO STORE OR RETRIEVE DATA/INFORMATION AND/OR TO COMMUNICATE FOR WHATEVER
PURPOSE.
d. Other examinaTon aides not stated in this program.

All other personal belongings of the examinees shall be surrendered to the proctor and shall be placed
in a secured space within the examinaTon room.

5. Examinees may bring and eat foods in the examinaTon room (labels and food packaging are subject for
inspecTon).
